Citrus
Citrus Cucumber Spa Water
A crisp lemon and cucumber infused water with fresh herbs and cold still water — a refreshing, no-blend alternative to a smoothie.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Cold still water | About 1–1¼ cups (250–300 ml) |
| Lemon — thin wedges/slices | 3–4 pieces |
| Cucumber — thin slices | 6–8 slices |
| Coriander — leaves | 6–8 leaves |
| Ice cubes (optional, only when the model manual expressly permits) | Normally omit; chilled ingredients are preferred |
| Optional: pinch of salt or drop of honey | to taste |

Portable blender ingredient safety: Ice cubes and hard frozen ingredients are optional and should be left out unless your exact blender model permits them. Use chilled suitable soft fruit or refrigerated liquid for a cool drink instead. Do not force ingredients that stop circulating. Check the Smothie manual and our ice and frozen-fruit guide before blending.
Method
- Wash lemon, cucumber and herbs, then cut them into thin slices and remove unwanted hard seeds.
- Gently press a few slices with a spoon in a clean bottle or cup to release flavour. This is an infusion and does not require a blender.
- Add the remaining fruit and herbs, then enough cold still water to stay below the safe fill line. Do not blend sparkling water in a sealed motorised appliance.
- Let the drink infuse while chilled, then serve. Add ice to a separate drinking glass if desired, rather than into the blender.
Make it your own: Swap coriander for mint or parsley, or gently squeeze one lemon wedge into the water for a brighter citrus finish.

Portable blending notes
Add liquid before powders and firmer ingredients where possible. Cut larger pieces down to size, avoid overfilling the bottle, and add a small splash of liquid if the mixture is too thick to circulate.
Serve and enjoy straight away for the best texture.
