Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Transit usually takes 5–7 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 6–8 business days.

Smothie is the compact original model designed for everyday portability. Smothie Plus adds a larger 500ml capacity, stronger performance, longer battery life and USB-C charging.

The original Smothie has a 350ml capacity, while Smothie Plus has a larger 500ml capacity.

Yes. Both Smothie models are rechargeable and designed for cordless use. Smothie Plus uses USB-C charging.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements in our refund policy.

Contact us at admin@thepurplewavestore.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility. Where applicable, we may provide a return shipping label. Please do not send an item back before requesting the return.

Items should be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply; see the full refund policy for details.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order so we can review the issue and help make it right. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Purple Wave will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

The fastest way to switch items is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
