Breakfast
Strawberry Oat Velvet
A creamy strawberry, banana and oat smoothie with a soft pink finish — an easy breakfast blend for busy mornings.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Strawberries — hulled | 1/2 cup (75 g) |
| Banana — sliced | 1/2 small banana |
| Rolled Oats | 2–3 tbsp (15–25 g) |
| Milk of Choice | 3/4 cup (180 ml) |
| Ruby (Pink) Chocolate — optional | 2–3 small squares |
| Ice Cubes | 4–5 cubes |
| Sweetener (optional) | To taste |

Method
- Base Layer: Blend oats with 1/3 cup milk until silky (30 sec). Add a couple of ice cubes and pulse. Pour into your bottle for the pale base.
- Pink Layer: Add strawberries, banana, remaining milk, ruby chocolate (optional), and the rest of the ice. Sweeten if needed. Blend 45–60 sec until rosy and smooth.
- Assemble: Gently pour the pink blend over the base to keep the two‑tone look.
- Enjoy: Breakfast in a bottle — creamy, fruity, and filling.
Make it your own: Soak the oats in milk for 5 minutes before blending for a smoother texture, or use quick oats when you are short on time.

Portable blending notes
Add liquid before powders and firmer ingredients where possible. Cut larger pieces down to size, avoid overfilling the bottle, and add a small splash of liquid if the mixture is too thick to circulate.
Serve and enjoy straight away for the best texture.
