Peach
Peach Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie
A soft, fragrant peach smoothie with yogurt and vanilla, made for a convenient single serving.
Yield: 1 small serving. Ingredient quantities are approximate; check the fill level and adjust to suit your blender.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Cold milk or unsweetened plant drink | 100ml |
| Ripe peach flesh, diced | 90g |
| Plain yogurt | 50g |
| Honey (optional) | Up to 1 tsp |
| Vanilla extract | 1 to 2 drops |

Method
- Wash the peach, remove its stone and dice the ripe flesh into small pieces.
- Add milk first, then yogurt, peach, vanilla and optional honey, keeping everything below the fill line.
- Blend until creamy and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, stop and loosen it with a little milk if there is room.
- Taste and enjoy straight away.
Make it your own: If you prefer a thinner drink, substitute some of the yogurt with milk. Honey in the image is an optional sweetener; the recipe can be made without it. Avoid hard, underripe peach chunks in a compact blender.
Nutrition notes
Nutrition varies with ingredient brands and portions. This recipe has not been kitchen-tested or nutritionally analysed, so no specific calorie or macronutrient claims are made.
Portable blending notes
Peaches should be soft and stone-free. For a dairy-free version, use a suitable plant-based yogurt and milk, checking the labels for allergens. Check the instructions for your particular model, stay below its maximum fill line and never force a stalled blend.
