Mango
Mango Lassi Smoothie
A lightly spiced mango and yogurt smoothie with a creamy, tangy finish, scaled for a compact blender.
Yield: 1 small serving. Ingredient quantities are approximate; check the fill level and adjust to suit your blender.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Ripe mango, diced | 75g |
| Plain yogurt | 75g |
| Cold milk or water | 65ml |
| Ground cardamom (optional) | A small pinch |

Method
- Add the milk or water to your blender bottle, then spoon in the yogurt.
- Add the diced mango and optional cardamom, keeping the ingredients below the maximum fill line.
- Blend until smooth. Stop and add a little more liquid only if there is room and the mixture is not circulating.
- Taste and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate briefly until cold.
Make it your own: For a tangier drink, choose unsweetened Greek-style yogurt and add a little water as needed. If the mango is very sweet, no additional sweetener is necessary.
Nutrition notes
Nutrition varies with ingredient brands and portions. This recipe has not been kitchen-tested or nutritionally analysed, so no specific calorie or macronutrient claims are made.
Portable blending notes
Use ripe, soft mango cut into small pieces. Thick Greek-style yogurt may need extra liquid; start with the amount listed, then adjust without exceeding the fill line. Check the instructions for your particular model, stay below its maximum fill line and never force a stalled blend.
